Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Booking Policy🙋🏼♀️
To respect both your time and mine, please review cancellation policy before booking:
• Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will go toward your final service total.
– PMU Services: $50 non-refundable deposit
– Lash Lift & Brow Services: $25 non-refundable deposit
• Rescheduling / Cancellations:
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
• No-Show Policy:
If you do not show up to your appointment and do not notify us, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again.
• Late Arrival:
Please arrive on time. Arrivals 10+ minutes late may require rescheduling, and the deposit may be forfeited depending on availability.
• PMU Appointments:
For all permanent makeup procedures, a clear photo of the treated area is required before booking approval. Appointments may be declined or rescheduled if the area is not suitable for the procedure.
